Join Axpo Services EMEA in Madrid and help shape a collaborative and high-performing accounting environment. In this role, you will combine operational accounting expertise with people coordination in an international energy business.

What you will do:
- Coordinate and support the local Accounting Energy team in Madrid
- Act as the main contact for organizational and employee-related matters on site
- Support vacation and absence planning in close collaboration with Swiss leadership teams
- Ensure timely invoicing, reconciliation, and maintenance of accounts receivable processes
- Manage accounts payable activities including invoice posting, payment runs, and account clearing
- Contribute to compliant and efficient accounting processes in line with internal controls and regulations

What you bring & who you are:
- Degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- SAP user knowledge and very good Excel skills
- Ideally, experience with Hyperion HFM, Tagetik, or other MS Office applications




- Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills with a collaborative mindset
- Fluent English skills and German at B2 level or higher
