Accountabilities

As a Platform and Automation Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal platforms, automation workflows, and business system integrations.
- Administer, optimize, and integrate business-critical SaaS platforms, including CRM, customer support, billing, collaboration, and engineering tools.
- Design and develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows using modern programming languages and APIs.
- Build and maintain reliable integrations between internal business systems to automate data synchronization, user provisioning, and operational processes.
- Develop internal tools that improve onboarding, access management, business operations, collaboration, and employee productivity.
