The opportunity
CSIRO Publishing is Australia’s leading science publisher, delivering high-quality journals, books, eBooks, training programs,
advertising products and sponsorship opportunities that support the dissemination of trusted scientific knowledge. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales and Business Development Officer to help drive commercial growth, strengthen customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across our diverse publishing portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the Sales and Business Development Officer will support the growth and commercial success of CSIRO Publishing through customer account management, sales prospecting, renewals and retention activities, and the development of new business opportunities.
You will work closely with customers, libraries, universities, research organisations, government agencies and industry stakeholders, helping them access and maximise the value of CSIRO Publishing products and services.
