About the role

The Industrial/Labor Relations Senior Advisor will be a focal point for the integrated management of the People Relations activities across South Europe region as Subject Matter Expert (SME) working in a general team.





As Industrial/Labor Relations Senior Advisor you will support the Regional People Relations Manager in executing the people relations strategy across the region, with a big focus on our Castellón Refinery. You play a key role in preparing, coordinating and implementing
enabling the organization to operate effectively, compliantly and with a future-focused approach.

In this role, you will combine deep expertise with strong process and partner management capabilities. You act as a first point of contact for complex people relations matters and contribute to strengthening capability across HR and the business. You will also ensure that PR plans, tools and systems are implemented in a rigorous and consistent manner, bearing in mind project and country specific requirements to effectively manage and mitigate identified risks.

This role will provide dedicated support to Castellón Refinery people relations (above 50%) and will also support other businesses in Spain, and countries across the South Europe regio
