Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

We currently have a role within our Business Development team to suit an individual that has an understanding of the disability sector, or similar and can forge meaningful relationships with our customers, their families and support networks to help them to lead a life of their choice.

As a Business Development Manager for Supported Independent Living (SIL), you will play a pivotal role in helping people with disability access high-quality housing and support services that enable them to live more independently. Working across the NDIS sector,



you will build strong relationships with support coordinators, hospitals, families, allied health professionals, and community partners to identify and support potential customers.

This position is based in our Hawthorn - hybrid - and managing the North Eastern Metropolitan geographic portfolio. You will be adept at building referral networks & meaningful relationships with passion and pride, across the disability sector and enjoy working for an organisation that is leading the way.

About Your Role

The Business Development Manager will contribute to driving growth by collaborating to expand Scope’s market presence, build strong referral pathway partnerships and attract new business.
