About The Role
Reporting to the Group Executive People & Culture, you'll partner with the Operations leadership team to deliver the people agenda across a diverse operational portfolio. Based in Melbourne, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting workforce planning, organisational change and people initiatives across our pathology operations.
