How you will create an impact:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and employees from other offices, as well as managing workspace and meeting room bookings.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services.
- Coordinating office suppliers (pantry, fruit, coffee, water, stationery) as well as minor repairs and cleaning services.
- Maintaining the kitchen area, including restocking supplies and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Booking, preparing, and setting up meeting rooms for client meetings, providing support with catering and logistics coordination, and videoconference connections.
- Managing the access control system and access cards.
- Managing users on the corporate taxi platform, on the worksp
