The opportunity
The Enterprise Services Transformation (EST) Program is a strategic initiative focused on modernising and improving the corporate services that enable CSIRO to deliver its science and research impact.
The program brings together business and digital transformation initiatives across key enterprise functions to simplify processes, improve user experiences, strengthen governance, and support more efficient and sustainable ways of working.
We are seeking an organised and collaborative Program Coordinator to provide high-quality coordination and administrative support across the EST Program. Working closely with the Program Manager, Project Managers, IMT delivery teams, Enterprise Services business areas and the Digital Portfolio Office, you will support governance, reporting, planning, records management and stakeholder engagement across multiple program workstreams.
Your high-level duties will include:
- Coordinating governance forums, including agendas, papers, minutes, decision logs and action tracking.
