The Position

Key Responsibilities





Learning Operations and Management
- End-to-End Training Management: Assist the team in organizing and coordinating for both local and general product and non-product trainings with a strategic eye on business impact. Act as a key problem-solver and communicate efficiently with all involved stakeholders.
- GCS Training Management: Assist the team in managing all coordination and governance for the global GCS training matrices in the Training Solution Tool. Act as a reliable point of contact for GCS leaders and learners, helping maintain compliance.
- LMS & Tool Landscape Management: Take over and support the maintenance of our learning catalog and the broader tool landscape, ensuring everything remains accurate and up-to-date.
- Global Compliance: Apply a broad understanding of global learning processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines to support daily team operations.
