The Oppotunity

As a Secondary Engineer, you will be delivering and responsible for all Secondary (Control and Protection) engineering activities related to diverse High Voltage Substations and Energy Quality engineering projects across different countries in Europe. Reporting to the Engineering Manager and project team, you will drive excellence - ensuring that Secondary engineering activities are efficiently and cost-effectively executed in accordance with customer expectations, contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Execute/coordinate all Secondary (Control and Protection) scope and sub-suppliers to secure the integrity, completeness and correct function of the substation system.

- Control and LV Cabling (LV cable calculations, interconnection drawings and cable lists)
- Auxiliary Services (AC and DC) design
- Take responsibility for all substation Control and Protection design, calculation, and documentation (Base design, Detail Design, “As Built”, etc. up to project close-out)
- Making technical recommendations in the Control and Protection design, engineering and execution phases of customer projects to ensure all actions are completed according to process requirements and standards, while identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Supporting the Project Team with claims related to changes in the project Control and Protection scope, including assessing cost and time impacts, as well as risk quantifications.
