Event Planning Administrator

As a Casual Event Planning Administrator, you will be the backbone of our event planning team – ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional communication, and efficient administration support. - Play a key role in delivering world-class hospitality experiences at the Australian Open
- Support the coordination and planning of internal events with Levy.
- Full-time office hours from November 2026-February 2027.

Each January, the eyes of the world turn to Melbourne Park as it hosts the Australian Open – one of the greatest sporting and entertainment events on the planet. At the heart of the experience is Levy, delivering premium food and beverage hospitality that enhances the magic of the event for every guest.

The Position:
- Assist with preparing catering quotes, proposals, event orders, and kitchen worksheets.
- Support internal teams by ensuring event details are accurate and up to date.




- Provide administrative support including meeting agendas, data entry, portal administration, delivery scheduling and billing.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Contribute to event follow-up processes, including client feedback and invoicing.
- Uphold Levy’s safety, quality, and service standards at all times.

The Person:
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, flexible, and proactive team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in event administration, planning, or coordination (hospitality background desirable).
- Knowledge of Priava/Momentus Elite, Flex or Canva is advantageous but not essential.
- Versátil availability, including evenings and weekends,
