Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager based in Spain, with strong FMCG experience,



to lead the brand strategy for one or several of Ecotone's international brands within the Spanish market , while contributing to the broader European brand strategy. This role requires close coordination with European headquarters, local sales teams, retail partners, and external agencies to drive brand growth, ensure market relevance, and maintain integral brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the brand strategy for Iberia, adapting global brand positioning to local market specifics and consumer needs.
- Build and execute the annual brand plan: objectives, marketing budget, media mix, innovation roadmap and promotions.
- Manage the local innovation pipeline in coordination with European Marketing team, R&D;, Supply Chain, Purchase and Trade Marketing teams.
- Definition and monitoring of the marketing budget allocated for the international brands (Cupper, AK, Destination, Evernat, Mrs Crimbles)
- Monthly analyze the Spanish organi
