Your Mission in this Role

As a Commercial Trainer, you will be responsible for training and mentoring our network of independent sales consultants in Madrid. Your work will be pivotal in driving Dojo’s expansion within the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities

Tactical Training of the PC Channel:



Coaching field sales agents - to change this to 'train the trainer' vs directly training PC's

- Cold Consultative Selling Methodology: Implementing effective sales techniques - to update this to supporting training on sales methodologies, but sales management to implement

- Field Coaching and Shadowing: Hands-on support and on-the-ground mentoring.

- Development of Training Assets: Creating educational materials and resources.

- Performance Analysis: Monitoring and evaluating sales metrics.
