In this role you will lead the Tender Management Software Engineering team within Sanofi's Global eCommerce organization, driving the end-to-end platform that supports strategic bidding for global tenders. You will oversee data management, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations to improve revenue protection and operational efficiency. You will partner with cross-functional teams to modernize tender processes and responsibly incorporate AI-driven insights while safeguarding pricing data. • Lead a full-stack engineering team (up to 7 direct reports) and develop their career paths
• Define technical vision for a specialized domain within the eCommerce tech stack
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to shape the product and timeline
• Spend ~60% of time on people management, design reviews,



and stakeholder collaboration; ~40% contributing code and reviews
• Drive prioritization, set goals, and ensure delivery of multi-system features
• Maintain high technical standards, establish best practices, and balance pragmatic tradeoffs
• Coach and develop team members; participate in recruiting and performance processes
• Align team work with broader eCommerce engineering objectives and strategic initiatives

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience in a related field
• Bachelor's xqbhyrx degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (preferred but not strictly required)
• Experience managing engineering teams and remote/global teams
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable objectives and priorities
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment
