- Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner directly with the CHRO on Talent Acquisition strategy, budget planning and headcount decisions.
- Process Ownership: Design, implement and continuously improve global recruitment processes, tools and policies, including the ATS, AI-assisted interview intelligence tools and structured interview scorecards.
- Data & Reporting: Own the Talent Acquisition KPI dashboard (time to fill, early attrition, diversity in hiring, offer acceptance, among others) and report recruitment performance to leadership.
