ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support SITA for Aircraft's inorganic growth agenda, working closely with the central Merger and Acquisition (M&A;) team, which leads due diligence and deal execution. This role brings structure, pace,



and clarity to our M&A; workstreams. You will act as the operational backbone of our M&A; projects: coordinating business-unit contributors, tracking actions and risks, preparing leadership materials, and ensuring the central M&A; team gets what they need from the business, on time and in the right format. The role requires strong project management, sound business judgment, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to turn complex commercial, product, and operational inputs into clear updates for senior leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support the M&A; pipeline:
- Help maintain and enrich the pipeline of acquisition and partnership opportunities aligned with the SITA for Aircraft (SFA) strategy.
- Contribute to market scans and initial screening of potential targets.
- Keep a structured view of priorities, status, and next steps for SFA leadership.
