Location: Barcelona El Prat, Spain
Hybrid: First month fully on-site (5 days per week); thereafter, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Employment: Internship agreement – 6-month duration, with the possibility of a 6-month extension.

The Job:
As the Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist, you’ll be part of our Service team. You’ll get to:
- Manage order entry activities related to parts orders and pricing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review, validate,



and process warranty claims submitted by service partners in accordance with company guidelines.
- Support customer requests for technical assistance through the CRM platform, including both email and phone-based interactions.
- Oversee the order processing workflow to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer and service partner requirements.
- Generate operational and service reports to provide insights into service performance and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service partners to resolve order, warranty, and technical support issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems and CRM tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting new methods, processes, and ways of working.
