What you will do:
- Prepare and execute accurate and timely invoicing for energy trading contracts across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and potentially additional markets
- Manage incoming booking and validation requests while ensuring high-quality and same-day processing where required
- Coordinate invoicing processes including data collection, reconciliation, invoice preparation, and exchange with counterparties
- Act as a key contact for billing questions, operational requests, and dispute resolution
- Support process improvements, testing activities, and operational excellence initiatives
- Oversee operational workflows across the full deal lifecycle, including reconciliations, confirmations, and payment-related processes

What you bring & who you are:
- Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Experience in energy trading,



sales operations, or a similar operational environment
- Good understanding of gas and power markets, ideally across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with complex business processes, data management, and tight deadlines
- Ideally, knowledge of SQL or VBA and additional European language skills
- Confident communication skills in English (C1/C2); ideally, you also speak additional European languages
