What will you do?

1. Gestión de Reservas:
- Supervisar y coordinar el proceso de reservas, asegurando la disponibilidad y asignación adecuada de habitaciones.
- Utilizar sistemas de gestión de reservas para mantener actualizada la información sobre disponibilidad, tarifas y políticas del hotel en conjunto con el channel manager.
- Gestionar las reservas grupales en conjunto con jefe de ventas.
- Realizar un seguimiento constante de las cancelaciones y reprogramaciones, ajustando la disponibilidad en consecuencia y gestionando los cobros pertinentes.

2. Atención al cliente:
- Responder consultas de huéspedes de manera efectiva y ama
