IE University's Talent & Careers Department is seeking an Junior Manager to join the Strategic Initiatives team within the Employer Partnerships division.

This cross-functional team designs, launches, and scales strategic initiatives that create meaningful professional opportunities for IE students across academic programs, including employer challenges, company engagement projects, micro-internships, experiential learning initiatives, and other innovative career development experiences.

This role requires someone who is highly resourceful, agile, and execution-oriented, capable of bringing together multiple internal and external stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful initiatives.



The successful candidate will help strengthen students' employability by creating innovative ways to connect them with employers and real-world professional experiences.
