We are seeking an experienced Development Lead – Full-Stack Java Engineer to join our CLM Team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in the development using Java and Spring Boot, and contributing to frontend development with React and TypeScript when needed.
You will lead the technical direction of the team, collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and other engineering teams. You should possess strong backend expertise, excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to guide engineers through complex technical challenges while ensuring successful delivery.

YOUR CHALLENGE
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Spring Boot microservices and shared libraries addressing logging, security, messaging (Kafka and other MQs),



and other cross-cutting concerns
- Design scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions aligned with business and architectural requirements
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to refine requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and translate business needs
- Drive technical decision-making, establish best practices, and ensure consistency across the team's solutions
- Apply integration and architectural patterns such as Inbox/Outbox, event- driven processing, CQRS where appropriate, and other distributed system patterns
- Mentor and support engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and coaching
- Build and enhance frontend interfaces using React with TypeScript when required
- Apply Java design patterns and engineering best practices to ensure maintainable, scalable, and high-quality code
