A Day in the Life
The Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Operating Unit is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Vice-President Commercial ENT International with a broad range of administrative and coordination responsibilities. We are seeking someone with strong experience in drafting communications, including announcements, invitations, Organizational Health Survey results summaries, all-employee communications, and town hall or meeting communications.

The ideal candidate will also be able to manage calendars, meetings, and travel, coordinate interviews and onboarding, prepare reports and meeting materials,



support strategic meeting logistics, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, international environment. This role will report to the VP Commercial ENT International. Occasional travel is expected.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Manage the overall Integral Business Partnerships Team, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings, town halls, team communications, strategy documents, action item tracking, team building, and community events
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining calendars, meeting and conference coordination, travel coordination, expense reports, preparing communications, ordering supplies, processing invoices and purchase orders, creating meeting minutes, managing agendas, tracking actions, and maintaining org charts and email distribution lists
