About the role
- As our Performance Media Manager, you will define and deliver data‑driven media strategies that drive growth across Southern Europe.
- Shape and execute full‑funnel digital media strategies across SEM, programmatic display, paid social, online video (OLV) and streaming platforms (OTT), ensuring alignment to commercial objectives.
- Own the affiliate channel end-to-end—setting strategy, managing agency partners and unlocking incremental revenue through continuous optimisation.
- Partner closely with media agencies to ensure best-in-class tracking, reporting, forecasting and performance optimisation.
- Provide strategic direction on media planning and budget allocation, working with local markets to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with global media partners, leading test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate across markets to identify growth opportunities, resolve performance challenges and share best practice.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention on Dyson.com, optimising traffic quality while maintaining efficient CPA and ROAS.
- Manage significant media budgets with a focus on performance, engagement and revenue growth.
- Lead performance analysis and reporting, providing clear insights to inform quarterly reviews and future planning.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, ensuring Dyson maintains a leading position through innovation and continuous improvement.
