Accountabilities

The Engineering Manager will lead the technical direction, team development,



and delivery of payment integration solutions, ensuring systems remain scalable, secure, and reliable while supporting global business needs.
- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance development.
- Define and drive the technical strategy for payment integrations, APIs, and backend systems.
- Own architectural decisions related to integration patterns, microservices, event-driven systems, and payment infrastructure.
- Guide engineers through complex technical challenges and provide hands-on support when needed.
- Establish and promote engineering best practices around API design, testing, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, Payments, and other cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
