About the Role




The Energy business unit at Dow Jones runs a large, complex portfolio of products: Opis, McCloskey, CMA, Axxiss, Retail, A2i, Eco Innovations, and more, that serves professionals who make high-stakes decisions in integral energy markets. Product Design at Dow Jones is crucial to ensure the right decisions are made, and that's exactly why this role exists. You'll lead a talented design team towards excellence as genuine product partners, raising the quality of the work and the weight of design's voice in every room that matters.

You Will
- Lead and develop a design team embedded across the Energy portfolio, enabling true product ownership,
- Build the kind of working relationships with product managers and engineers where design is part of the strategy conversation, not just the delivery queue
- Navigate a business unit with its own history, identity, and stakeholders, while earning trust across a complex portfolio,
- Set a clear vision
