In this role you will lead the Transformation stream for the DCR AI Operations programme, turning strategic AI initiatives into a deliverable, governed roadmap. You will set up the operating model and governance, align stakeholders, and drive value-focused milestones toward 2026–2027 pilot and deployment readiness. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional workstreams, manage risks, and enable scalable phase-3 execution, shaping the organisation for full-scale AI adoption. The role sits within Schneider Digital, contributing to a broader digital transformation and sustainability agenda.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the Transformation stream and orchestration of end-to-end programme
• Set up programme operating model, governance, roles, decision rights, RACI, and org design
• Establish governance cadence from operational syncs to executive steers
• Define KPI framework and drive delivery against H2 2026 milestones
• Coordinate AI use case portfolio, prioritise high-value cases, and align stakeholders
• Manage cross-functional interdependencies, resolve blockers and resource constraints
• Build relationships with DCR domain SPOCs,



BU VPs, and capability leaders; act as bridge to leadership
• Oversee delivery plan for Foundation Setup, Pilot Validation, and Deployment Readiness
• Coordinate end-to-end pilot execution and capture lessons for Phase 3 playbooks
• Staff priority roles and develop operating model docs, decision frameworks, and reusable playbooks for scaling

Responsabilidades
• Business or Engineering Degree
• 10+ years in Programme/Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting
• Experience in running complex, multi-workstream programmes in a matrixed organisation xqbhyrx
• Experience or strong familiarity with AI, automation, or digital platform adoption programmes
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, organisational design, and change management
• Ability to operate from strategy to hands-on delivery in a fast-moving environment
• Multicultural, international environment experience preferred
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
