As a strategic Finance leader in our Global Finance team, you will unify regional performance and steer enterprise-level decisions. You’ll lead a multinational team, shaping how finance supports growth across the organization. You’ll develop forward-looking analyses, executive narratives, and standardized reporting to enable timely strategic choices. This role offers impact across budgeting, forecasting, and transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation, within a matrix environment.

• Lead global consolidation of monthly results, forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans across regions
• Deliver performance analyses highlighting drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop analytical frameworks to improve business performance
• Provide forward-looking financial analysis and market insights to inform strategic choices and resource allocation
• Create executive-level financial narratives to enable timely decisions
• Ensure consistency, transparency, and accuracy of financial reporting across the organization
• Build partnerships with Regional Finance Performance teams to drive alignment
• Challenge assumptions with data-driven insights and influence business decisions
• Coordinate enterprise risk and opportunity management, and monitor financial commitments
• Lead dynamic planning with Regions and Integral Functions for senior-level decision making
• Oversee enterprise reporting governance, working capital and cash flow performance, and standardize analytics
• Drive process optimization and automation within the Global Center of Excellence (COE) in Costa Rica
• Act as Finance lead for enterprise transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
• Prepare executive-level presentations for CFO, ELT, Board, and investor discussions
Responsabilidades
• proven track record leading a multidisciplinary, geographically diverse team

• strong process orientation and understanding of end-to-end business processes and financial impact
• ability to identify root causes and develop remediation plans
• strong project prioritization and resource management skills
• experience in finance transformation and governance (preferred)
• excellent communication skills for executive storytelling in English
