We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative – Export & Intercompany to join our European Customer Service team.
Your Role
As part of the Customer Service team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager Europe,



you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer support while managing export operations and intercompany order flows across our international network.
You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from order entry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support.
- Process and monitor customer orders using ERP systems.
- Follow up proactively on order status, deliveries, and potential delays.
- Handle customer claims, returns, and service incidents.
- Coordinate deliveries and transportation with customers and logistics partners.
- Manage export orders, shipment tracking, and international documentation.
- Prepare and validate export documents such as Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Customs Declarations, and Certificates of Origin.
