Accountabilities:

As a Business Operations professional, you will manage the operational backbone of the organisation,



ensuring that essential processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with executives and cross-functional stakeholders while handling sensitive information, improving systems, and supporting company growth.
- Own end-to-end people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, account management, equipment coordination, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage HR systems and people operations tools, ensuring accurate records and a reliable source of truth for internal information.
- Support compensation processes, including salary updates, equity-related documentation, and other employee changes.
- Build and maintain company culture initiatives, including team rituals, employee experiences, celebrations, and remote team engagement activities.
