Your role

Lead the transformation and sustainable growth of the Service business by developing a high-performing sales organization that maximizes the potential of both direct customers and distributors. Define and execute the sales strategy, optimize territories, and accelerate profitable growth through customer-centric selling and channel development. The position will play a key role in the generational transition of the organization, developing, coaching, and mentoring the next generation of Sales Engineers. As a change leader, the Sales Manager will drive the implementation of the new divisional sales model, ensuring commercial excellence, stronger customer relationships, and sustainable long-term business growth.

Your day-to-day

Sales Transformation & Strategic Leadership
• Lead the implementation of the new Service Sales operating model, ensuring alignment with the Division and Business Area strategy and KPIs: short, medium, and long-term
• Design, optimize, and continuously adapt sales territories to maximize market coverage
Team Development




• Lead the generational transition of the sales organization by ensuring effective knowledge transfer, talent development, and long-term succession planning.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and mentor Sales Engineers.
• Identify skill gaps and implement training programs that strengthen service sales capabilities
• Set clear, measurable objectives aligned with business priorities and growth ambitions.
Distribution Channel Development
• Integrate distributors into the Service Sales strategy, establishing clear ownership, objectives, and development plans
• Foster strong collaboration between direct and indirect sales teams
Business Development & Sales Execution
• Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans to increase customer retention, service penetration, and long-term business value.
• Promote cross-selling, upselling, recurring service agreements, and lifecycle solutions across the installed base.
