Your Responsibilities:




- Own the design, development, and delivery of complex features and systems across our applications.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions using .Net and React/Next.
- Drive technical decisions, balancing business needs, delivery timelines, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to the evolution of our backend and frontend architecture, development practices, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver outstanding user experiences.
- Lead complex functionalities and ensure applications remain reliable, secure, and performant.
- Define and improve testing, release, and quality practices to ensure safe and predictable delivery.
- Identify technical risks early and propose solutions that reduce complexity and support future growth.
- Lead refactoring and modernization initiatives that improve the health of the code
