Compensation & Financial Package
- Total Package: Up to €30,000 gross annual OTE
- Base Salary: €26,000 guaranteed gross base
- Performance Bonus: Up to €4,000 in performance incentives

Core Responsibilities

Serve as an expert growth strategist, utilizing cutting-edge digital marketing tools to enhance brand visibility and unlock scalable corporate revenue.
- Account Integration: Oversee the full onboarding journey for new clients,



creating customized Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies tailored to distinct market sectors.
- Corporate Advisory: Assess client goals to recommend tailored digital solutions that drive key business objectives.
- Campaign Refinement: Execute, analyze, and continuously optimize top-performing ad campaigns, helping businesses expand smoothly into new territories.
- Revenue Expansion: Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and use data insights to demonstrate strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Client Retention: Nurture robust, long-term business partnerships to maintain client loyalty and serve as a trusted guide for their digital evolution.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate, complete logs of every client interaction and account update in our central database.
