About the role
Overview of the role Reporting directly to one of our Heads of Technology, the Business Analyst role plays a crucial part within IAG Cargo by focusing on understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements.



The role involves engaging stakeholders, analysing processes, evaluating solution alternatives with architects, and simplifying complex issues through structured communication. While ensuring quality on project delivery, the emphasis is on clarity of requirements, risk awareness, and effective prioritisation. Throughout the lifecycle, the role maintains transparent, conflict-resolving communication aligned with business objectives
