The role in a nutshell:

Within our Temporary Employment and Recruitment division, we are looking for a Staff Leasing Recruiter to join our team in Madrid on a Fixed-term contract for 4 months. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in the Human Resources sector, specifically within HR Consulting and Temporary Staffing Agencies (ETT). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle; building talent pipelines, delivering exceptional client service, and achieving defined recruitment performance targets. This role requires a proactive recruitment professional who can effectively source,



assess, engage, and place candidates whilst maintaining compliance with labour regulations and agency processes. The Recruiter will partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure client hiring needs are met efficiently and with high levels of quality and service.

How you will make a difference:

End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and permanent vacancies, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer management, placement, and onboarding.
- Deliver recruitment services in accordance with established company policies, client service standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
