Job Purpose:

To lead and develop a team of Internal Sales Representatives focused on customer engagement, opportunity qualification, pipeline creation, and demand generation activities for AWS business. The role is responsible for driving team performance against defined KPIs, developing talent, and ensuring the successful execution of business development activities that support customer acquisition and business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the most effective organisation of the team and utilisation of tools to maximise productivity, opportunity generation, and customer engagement.
- Provide the team with objectives and performance targets, supported by regular reviews, coaching, development plans, and performance management.




- Create a motivational climate within the team through regular coaching, team meetings, training, recognition, and continuous development activities.
- Influence internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development functions.
- Support team members in developing and progressing qualified opportunities through effective prospecting, qualification, and engagement activities.
- Demonstrate effective sales and customer engagement practices through daily team interactions and coaching.
- Attend internal and external meetings with customers, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen business relationships and improve execution.
- Work proactively with Business Development Managers and other sales teams to identify and maximise business opportunities.
