At Almirall, we are looking for a trainee to join our Global Customer Service & International Trade Data team.You will bring your knowledge in AI, data and automation, and apply it in a real operational environment where these capabilities are still growing. This is a unique opportunity to learn how the business works while contributing with your technical perspective,



with the possibility of connecting your work to your Master’s Thesis.

What will you learn and develop?
- Understand how Customer Service and International Trade operations work in a integral pharmaceutical company
- Apply your knowledge of AI and automation to real use cases
- Learn how to translate business needs into practical, data-driven solutions
- Gain exposure to tools such as SAP, Veeva and automation platforms
- Develop skills in data analysis, process optimization and digital transformation

What will your day-to-day look like?
- Learn and understand current business processes and challenges
- Identify opportunities where automation or AI could add value
- Contribute to the development of automation workflows and AI-based solutions
