What you will do:
- Engineer and maintain Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 services with a focus on security, availability, and reliability
- Administer, support, and configure enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments
- Support and optimize Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 and Teams-related technical issues
- Contribute to the development and expansion of the Axpo Microsoft 365 and Azure platform
- Support the transition from on-premises environments, such as Skype for Business, to Microsoft 365 cloud services

What you bring & who you are:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
- Microsoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator Associate,



or Teams Administrator Associate are an advantage
- Understanding of IT security principles and a risk-based security-by-design approach
- Experience with OnPrem Skype for Business infrastructures and ideally SIP/SBC solutions such as Audiocodes
- Strong hands-on mindset, collaborative approach, and enthusiasm for modern cloud technologies
- Proficient English skills; ideally, you also have some knowledge of German
