JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Senior Data & AI Analyst works in the Data & Analytics Team, focusing primarily on Spain initially,



but with the expectation to support other countries when required. The role supports the delivery of asset business plan targets and the execution of strategies for achieving operational excellence by generating and analysing reports on property management performance. The role gathers and analyses market, client and portfolio data, giving management the input needed to identify opportunities to improve NOI, wider commercial performance and customer satisfaction. It will champion the use of AI tools to make reporting and analysis faster, more accurate and more scalable. This role will be expected to work closely with the Spain Operational and Asset Management teams on a day-to-day basis, with direction also being provided by the Senior Management Team.
