We are looking for a motivated Domain Architect Sales & Customer Services (m/f/d) to support the evolution and governance of business capabilities and IT demand across Liebherr’s Mixed Sales and Service Companies (MSCs). You will support business stakeholders by evaluating solution options, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and target capabilities, and strategic business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future business architecture of Liebherr’s general Sales and Service organizations in a highly international environment.

The working location for this position will be in Madrid city, where we operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site.

Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Act as the Domain architect for Sales & Customer Services,



supporting the evolution of IT-enabled business capabilities across Liebherr’s Mixed Sales and Service Companies (MSCs).
- Analyze business needs and initiatives providing architectural guidance and recommendations aligned with enterprise standards and target architecture, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, pain points, and transformation priorities within the Sales and Customer Services domain.
- Support the evaluation of solution options and business requirements from an architectural and business capability perspective.
- Ensure alignment between business demand, enterprise architecture principles, and existing application and process landscapes.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), Solution Architects, and delivery teams to ensure consistency across initiatives and domains.
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of business capability maps, domain roadm
