What You Will Do
- Drive project teams to deliver maintenance and engineering projects on budget and schedule, from detailed design and construction to operational turnover,



optimizing equipment performance and uptime.
- Design, evaluate, and innovate mechanical systems using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other design tools to improve safety and enhance product technology.
- Perform mechanical design, validation, and troubleshooting of fixed and rotating equipment, including pumps, gearboxes, and process piping, ensuring efficient operation and reliability.
- Develop and implement reliability-based maintenance programs, leveraging precision tools such as vibration analysis and ultrasound diagnostics to improve equipment reliability.
- Lead and support initiatives focused on enhancing productivity, yield, quality, and cost efficiency while identifying and implementing process and system improvements.
- Focus on machine functional safety by applying safety risk reduction standards to designs, validating safety systems in operation, and overseeing compliance inspections of equipment,
