Accountabilities:

The Notion Expert will design, build,



and optimize customized Notion environments that improve operational efficiency and collaboration across the organization.
- Assess existing workflows, documentation, and productivity tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement customized Notion workspaces tailored to business requirements.
- Create databases, templates, dashboards, project trackers, content calendars, CRMs, knowledge bases, and task management systems.
- Develop scalable workflows that improve organization, collaboration, and information accessibility.
- Configure advanced Notion features, including formulas, relations, rollups, and permissions.
- Deliver documentation and provide walkthroughs or training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
- Recommend best practices, future enhancements, and opportunities for automation to maximize long-term value.
