PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Loyalty Data Scientist plays a critical role in advancing Avolta's transformation from traditional reporting-led analytics to AI-powered, personalized traveler engagement at scale. Leveraging Traveler360 data, this role develops and deploys advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI-driven decisioning capabilities that enhance loyalty performance, optimize customer experiences, and increase customer lifetime value.

The position holder owns the end-to-end delivery of data science solutions and works closely with Loyalty, CRM, Digital, and Data teams to embed predictive insights and personalization across customer journeys, enabling more intelligent and data-driven business decisions.
