About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist who speaks Italian to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer, supporting clients and candidates across Italian-speaking markets.

Main Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment:



Manage the complete recruitment process, including role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer management and onboarding support.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, networking, referrals and other relevant channels.
- Candidate Management: Build trusted relationships with candidates, provide regular communication throughout the process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Client Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs, define profiles and provide market insight and advice.
- Interviews and Assessment: Conduct structured telephone, video and face-to-face interviews, assessing candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
