Lead the evolution of a world-class sales, inventory, and operations planning function within a integral manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions by aligning supply, demand, operations, and financial objectives across multiple markets. You will own and improve the SI&OP; process, using data-driven insights to optimize inventory, customer service, profitability, and operational efficiency. Working with senior stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, and Finance, you will help drive sustainable business growth. Accountabilities
- Own, develop, and continuously improve a best-in-class Sales, Inventory,



and Operations Planning (SI&OP;) process that supports profitable growth and operational excellence.
- Lead monthly SI&OP; cycles, including product, demand, supply, reconciliation, and executive review processes across regions and operational sites.
- Present planning outcomes, assumptions, recommendations, risks, and action plans to senior leadership teams.
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to create aligned plans that balance supply and demand effectively.
- Analyze business data and trends to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely ERP loading of reconciled demand plans across operational sites.
- Define, track, and report key SI&OP;, business, and operational performance metrics.
- Develop scenario-based models to evaluate operational and financial impacts
