In this role you will manage data for the Maintenance Information System (MIS) and ensure data integrity across Airbus Defence and Space ILS products. You will drive digitalization of RefData and support data migrations, loading reference data for new aircraft and updates. You will collaborate across Design, Manufacturing, MRO, IT, and PMO to deliver reliable data services to customers and promote new digital services.

• Lead digitalization projects for RefData
• Define IT requirements for RefData processes
• Manage the Logistics Data Integration team (subcontractor)
• Define processes and procedures with cross-area interfaces
• Collect/compile/integrate/validate/deliver configuration data for customer maintenance systems
• Ensure data integrity and resolve inconsistencies related to ILS products




• Support uploading/updating technical data in ILS repositories (IDS, portal)
• Generate reports and KPIs for monitoring
• Respond to customer technical queries (e.g., A400M Reference Data)
• Follow up subcontractor activities and participate in improvement projects
