In this role, you own an end-to-end product within Xe’s cross-border payments platform, from discovery to delivery and metrics. You will shape the roadmap, collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and partners, and lead a squad responsible for a platform slice from onboarding to settlement. You use AI to inform thinking, prototyping, and shipping, and set the pace for how the team adopts AI. You’ll address customer and partner needs in a regulated environment while driving measurable impact. This is a chance to influence scale and product excellence at Xe’s fast-moving, growth-focused fintech.”

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own product strategy and roadmap for your squad’s slice of the platform across onboarding, payments, FX, and settlement on mobile and web
• Partner with engineering to balance tradeoffs, plan sprints, and schedule releases
• Discover and validate problems through customer and partner talks, data analysis, and impact-based prioritization
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, compliance,



and partners to ship the roadmap and measure outcomes

Responsabilidades
• 4 to 7 years of product management in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
• Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps in a complex domain
• Strong customer and partner discovery skills with problem validation and prioritization
• Strong data and analytics skills: metrics definition, experiments, outcome analysis
• Strong technical fluency: APIs, data flows, system architecture basics
• Comfort working with compliance, legal, design, and partners in a regulated environment
• Daily use of AI tools across product work with a view on AI adoption in product org
• Strong written and verbal communication across audiences
