We are looking for a motivated Application Engineer to join our international team serving the global paper industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer interaction in a multinational environment. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, project managers, and engineering specialists to develop technical solutions that improve paper machine performance and create long-term value for our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop technical proposals and application solutions tailored to customer needs.





- Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most suitable engineering solutions.

- Support the sales organization with technical expertise throughout the sales process.

- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.

- Collaborate with engineering, project management, service, and R&D; teams to ensure technically sound and competitive proposals.

- Prepare technical documentation, cost estimations, and project specifications.

- Visit customer sites internationally to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.

- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor solutions to continuously enhance our offerings.

What We Are Looking For

- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Process, or related Engineering.

- Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset.

- Interest in combining engineering with customer-oriented and commercial activities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
