The Experience

The role is part of our Sales team, working with existing customers and new prospects across Catalunya to drive growth and deliver value through the full Salesforce platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-suite decision makers,



helping organizations unlock the power of AI and CRM to transform how they do business.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Build and manage long-term account strategies aligned with customer business objectives
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction across your assigned accounts
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners as needed
- Drive net new business growth through both inbound leads and outbound prospecting

You're Our Person If...
- 5 to 10 years of technology sales experience in software or business applications
- Solid sales forecasting abilities with a proven track record of revenue achievement in the Spanish market
- Demonstrated success in net new business sales, from outbound prospecting through to close
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Experience will be evaluated base
