Your Role
You will generate qualified pipeline for the DACH market. Working from our Barcelona office, you will identify and engage target accounts, book meetings, and hand well-qualified opportunities to our Account Executives. You will work closely with the AEs on their book of business to build a coordinated, account-based approach in the region.
Your Responsibilities
- Prospect target accounts in the DACH market through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Book qualified meetings and hand off clean opportunities to Account Executives.
- Partner with DACH AEs on their book of business to run account-based plays.
- Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date on your activity, contacts and opportunities.
- Share what you learn from prospects, objections and messaging to improve the outbound motion.

Your Profile
- You speak German at native level and English at an advanced level. French, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
- You have around one year of prior BDR or outbound experience.
- You run high-volume, personalized outreach across calls, email and LinkedIn,



and you are comfortable cold calling and handling objections.
- You are resilient. You handle rejection, keep your activity steady, and bounce back quickly.
- You have a hunter mindset. You go after new accounts without waiting to be told.
- You work well in Salesforce and keep your pipeline clean.
- You use AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach and work faster, and you are keen to try new AI workflows.
- You take feedback well and adjust quickly.
