THE ROLE

As Account Director, you are the primary point of contact for a major FMCG client and the operational and commercial lead for the account. You set the standard for client service, hold the team to high creative and strategic expectations, and take accountability for delivery,



financial performance, and growth. You bring clarity when things get complex, escalate and resolve when processes break down, and develop the people around you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead day-to-day client relationships, building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and proactively managing expectations across all active workstreams.
- Be accountable for the financial health of the account, including gross profit, margin management, accurate forecasting, timely MI reporting to the Group Account Director, and resolution of late payments.
- Run the weekly account and project management WIP, overseeing project run rates, job ownership, and client satisfaction across the studio.
- Line manage a team of 5 people, supporting day-to-day performance, professional development, and wellbeing.
